Coaching is a useful tool for those who are wanting to pursue strength training to reach their health and wellness goals. Coaches provide feedback to help a lifer move more efficiently, combat any setbacks or issues that may arise during strength training, and prevent injury. We will work as a team every step of the way to help you reach your health and strength goals. Coaching can also provide accountability in your pursuits, as well as motivation to get under the bar on hard life days. Your first two training sessions (can be done virtually) with Megan are free. 


Virtual Coaching:

Remote coaching services include your strength training and conditioning programming in an easy to use app where you will be able to keep track of your workouts done at the gym of your choice. Your workouts will be customized for you based on your personal goals, needs, and schedule.

Workout reviews for each workout happen within 24-36 hours after the training session has been uploaded when you are a novice lifter. Once you reach the intermidate stage your workout reviews will happen on the last workout for your week. You will submit a recording of the last workset for each lift prescribed for the session, and add any commentary about accomplishments or struggles during your workout.

Nutrition coaching to this service is included if you would like, which will include a weekly check-in with your metrics (weight and measurments) on a day of your choice as well as your macro and caloric intake recommendations based on your training, goals, and data feedback.

This plan is on a month to month basis. When officially signing up after your initial training sessions, there is a 3 month minimum subscription, then you move to month to month basis where you can cancel anytime. It is recommended that your first two training sessions are done in person with Megan in her private home gym or onsite at your local gym if in the CSRA, but it is not required.

Price: $100 a month


Single In-Person Coaching Session:

Single coaching session includes your strength training programming in person at my home gym or onsite at your gym if local. Your lifts for the session will be continuously monitored with feedback during the workout. This service is great for a form tune up if you have not been coached in person for a while. If you would like to be coached in your own gym, a traveling fee may be added if outside 20 mile radius from my home in North Augusta, SC.

Price: $65 or $55 for virtual clients
