Trauma happens to us in a variety of forms. Not only are each of our trauma experiences unique, how it changes our brain and body is also an effect. Even two people who experience the same traumatic event will not have the same triggers, issues, or take away. Some trauma is blunt and obvious, some small and sits quietly in the background. Each type still managing to shape and change us.
There is hardly any better start to my day than coffee. It gives me energy and makes me feel all warm and fuzzy inside while ready to kick butt at the same time.
