Barbell coaching is a useful tool for those who are wanting to pursue strength training or make lifestyle changes to reach their health and wellness goals. Coaches provide feedback to help a lifer move more efficiently, combat any setbacks or issues that may arise. Coaching can also provide accountability in your pursuits, as well as motivation on hard life days. We will work as a team every step of the way to help you reach your health and strength goals.

Remote Coaching Services

Remote coaching services include your individually planned strength training and conditioning programming in an easy to use app where you will be able to keep track of your workouts done in the gym of your choice. Your workouts will be customized for you based on your personal goals, needs, and schedule.

Workout feedback will happen within 24-36 hours after the training session has been uploaded and marked complete when you are a novice lifter. Once you reach the intermediate stage your workout reviews will happen on the last workout for your week. You will submit a recording of the last workset for each lift prescribed for the session, and add any commentary about accomplishments or struggles during your workout. You will have access to message your coach withing the app for questions and issues that arise.

This plan is on a month to month basis. You can cancel at any time and must give 30 days’ written notice. Services will remain in effect until the end of the pay period. 

Price: $100 a month


Private Monthly Coaching Service

This service includes your individually planned strength lifting programming in my private home gym. We will workout alternating three days a week of your choice, and when you are an intermideate lifter you can move to four days a week if you choose. Your lifts for the session will be continuously monitored with feedback during the workout.

This plan is on a month to month basis. You can cancel at any time and must give 30 days’ written notice. Services will remain in effect until the end of the pay period. 

Price: $350 a month


 

Single In-Person Coaching Session:

Single coaching session includes performing your workout in person at my home gym or onsite at your gym if local. Your lifts for the session will be continuously monitored with feedback during the workout. This service is great for a form tune-up if you have not been coached in person for a while. If you would like to be coached in your own gym, a traveling fee may be added if your gym is outside a 20-mile radius from my home in North Augusta, SC. Any fees associated with coaching you in your gym (guest fees or day pass) will be your responsibility to cover.

Price: $65 or $55 for virtual clients
