My approach to nutrition coaching is rooted in seeing my client as an individual. We all have different schedules, likes, needs, and goals, so our approach to our diet should reflect that. We will work as a team to help you feel inspired, motivated, supported, encouraged, and creatively problem-solve together so that you can reach your desired lifestyle changes and goals.
Nutrition coaching includes weekly or biweekly check-ins on the weekday of your choice. My goal is not only to help you reach your goal, but that the education, tools, and resources given will help you manage your nutrition goals for life.
Check-ins and any assignments are submitted virtually in an easy to use app on the day of the week of your choice. You will have messaging access to your coach 24/7 through the app for any questions or issues that may arise. Any assignments given are based on individual needs and may not be used with everyone. When you sign up you will get five nutritious dinner recipes sent to you.
This plan is on a month to month basis. You can cancel at any time and must give 30 days’ written notice. Services will remain in effect until the end of the pay period. Receive 25% off Nutrition Coaching when you pair this service with Barbell Coaching. In order to provide the best service to my clients, I have limited space for this service.
Price: $40 a month.
Please note that nutrition coaching is not to diagnose, treat, or cure illness, disorder, or disease. I am not a physician, psychologist, psychiatrist, or registered dietitian. My service is meant to you, the client, to provide strategies, resources, education, and motivation to achieve and maintain your goals. At this time I do not provide nutrition coaching to expectant or nursing mothers but this will be added soon once a training course is completed.
