Macro Breakdown: 30g Carbs, 3g Fat, 46g Protein

Ingredients:

6oz coffee (I prefer double brewed or espresso but regular works too)

1/4 cup Skim Milk

1 1/2 cup Ice

1 1/2 tbsp Almond Joy Coffee Creamer

Low Fat Whipped Cream

Chocolate Syrup (I used nesquick)

2 Scoops Chocolate Whey Isolate Protein Powder

Instructions: Place coffee, milk, creamer, protein powder and ice in a blender and blend until smooth. In a cup swirl some chocolate syrup into the bottom. Pour blended mixture into your cup and top with whipped cream and another few swirls of chocolate syrup. Enjoy!
